How (and why) to Drink Green Juice
Nutrients are your lifeblood and without them, we would all die. Nutrients that are found in fruits and vegetables are perhaps the most important things that we can consume in the modern day. Our ancestors used to eat all parts of an animal, which included lungs, brains, and other organs. With all of these organs, they were able to get the nutrients they needed in order to survive.
Today, we don’t eat all those parts of the brain. Instead we opt for muscle only and just feast on that part of the meat alone. This leaves us with a nutrition deficiency if we do not find a way to get our nutrients from plant sources. One of the best ways to do this is through the use of green juice.
The green juice that you should drink is filled with primarily leafy greens. Try to find green juice (or make your own), which has spinach, arugula, and parsley with a few other similar options as well. You’ll find that the vast majority of people who get these leafy greens have fewer problems getting sick and they have less long term health concerns.
Additionally, you’ll find that there are products that try to fill their green juice with apple juice. Don’t let them (or don’t buy it)! This is not doing you much of a service because it is going to be far more expensive and it is going to be less nutrient dense. In fact, a lot of these products are just filled with as much sugar as regular sodas or other products. It is best to get the nutrients purely from the leafy greens where there are far fewer sugars.
